Our story began in 2018, when brother and sister duo Sam and Tor Peters joined forces to fuse their expertise in both construction and event planning. Together they shared a vision to design and build the most sought-after event structures in the world, delivered with a service to match.

Although our roots are firmly in Yorkshire, our structures are available to hire worldwide.

minimising the impact of its activities on the
environment and in implementing practices that
promote high standards of social responsibility.
Together with our clients and partners, we aim to
create memorable and sustainable events and
continually assess and evolve our practices to stay
ahead in our commitment to sustainable working.
Wherever possible we look for ways to adopt green
working practices, including extending the life of our
products to reduce premature replacement,
continuously evaluating our operations to ensure they are
as efficient as possible and sourcing materials from
suppliers that share our vision of minimising our
environmental impact. Temporary structures are by their
very nature sustainable in terms of re-use. However,
where products are not re-useable within the company
or have a short operational life, we recycle, donate and
seek alternative uses.
The English Marquee Company is also committed to
social sustainability – working with local suppliers and
supporting projects and organisations in line with our
values. We support a range of charities and
initiatives.
